History of Australia at the Worlds

Australia at the WPSC


Even prior to the formation of the APSF in 2017 Australian athletes were representing Australia and excelling at IPSF World Pole Sports Championships.

2012
 

Ruth Mansfield and Tiffany Downes won the Doubles category at the 2012 WPSC.

  

2013
 

The incredible Deb Roach represented Australia in the Parapole competition at the 2013 WPSC.

2015
 

Andrea Ryff did an awesome job at the 2015 WPSC and placed 5th in the Masters 40+ Women.

2016
 

At the 2016 WPSC, Christie Kurrle and Rita Valvasori did Australia proud in the Masters 50+ Women. Christie won and set a new World Record for the category and Rita finished in 6th place.

2017
 

2017 saw the dynamic duo of Amy Davidson and Jude Perrett finish 8th in the Doubles category at the 2017 WPSC.

2019
 

At the 2019 WPSC in Montreal, Canada, Amy Davidson and Jude Perrett represented Australia for the second time and finished in 12th place in the Doubles Women/Women category. Tasmin Rymer and David Wilson competed in the Doubles Men/Women category and placed 5th.
